LUMIÈRES QUOTIDIENNES

"Lumières Quotidiennes" ("Daily Lights") is a series of digital photographs that Claire Guyard-Aschehoug has made at home during different times of the day. Definitely abstracts, these prints consists in visual fragments of her daily life when she was a student. By taking advantage of the random colors of the sun on her flat's walls, the artist makes the light tangible, she creates the physical matter. Here is an introduction to the typical brightness of the paintings she is currently producing.
