1. PLACE AN ORDER

 How to order and pay an artwork I like? 

You can easily contact us by mail (info@misiagallery.com) or call us (+33(0)6.28.20.64.19). Should you let us know you interest towards an artist or an artwork, we would be happy to reply to the questions you might have. 

Prices announced are given for information -  the fluctuations in the contemporary art market enable negociations - in EUROS, including EU taxes and including shiping costs. All details will appear on the final invoice you will receive. Once the payment is aknowledged by the gallery, our team will be happy to keep you informed of the shipping process.

 

Can I access to payment facilities? 

MISIA Gallery offers special financing option so you can acquire an artwork by a payment in 3 times. The artwork will be delivered upon the receipt of the transaction's balance. We are definitely happy to adapt our offer considering the possibilities of each one.

 

2. SHIPPING

What are the shipping and delivery terms? 

We are shipping worldwide within 1 to 5 weeks. We are insuring quality service and collector's satisfaction. The shipping costs are free.

No customs fees shall apply within the European Union (except United Kingdom). Then, the artwork might be held by customs services in the destination country.

 

What about the return policy? 

You have a period of 14 days to exert your right of retractation without having to justify reasons, as from the date of  reception of your order.The artwork has to be in perfect conditions and returned with its certificate of authenticity. The return costs are on the charge of the buyer. 

 

I would like to receive my artwork (photo or drawing) framed. 

Misa Gallery recommends to send the photographs and drawings rolled in a tube so the shipping will be safer. Then you'll be able to choose and follow up the framing process. Of course we will be there to give our best advice to the closer framing company (we have many references all over the world). 

Regarding the "Try-out" option detailed below, we propose to send the photo mounted on Dibond (the print is permanently glued on an aluminium backboard of the same size as the photo).

3. OUR SERVICES

How do we set the retail prices? 

MISIA Gallery chose to represent emerging artists only. Prices are set in total agreement between the artist and the gallery. In the interest of transparency, we would like to make it clear that the proceed of each sale is shared equally between the artist and the gallery. 

 

I would like to see the artwork before placing an order.

We will be happy to organize an appointment at the photo lab or framing company close to your location so you can admire the art and make your final decision.

On another hand, MISIA Gallery offers the possibility for the collector to get 20 days of  try-out of the artwork. We will ask for a safety deposit of 33% of the total price and a signed commitment.Therefore,the Certificate of Authenticity will be sent after the receipt of the entire transaction. 

Regardless of the principle of the try-out, in case of the deterioration, the client will solely be responsible: he will have to pay off the cost of the complete value of the work. If unfortunately the artwork doesn't meet your expactations, the money collected for that trial will be refunded 

within a maximum of 30 days after the return of the artwork in a perfect conditions.
